At HIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all eligible retail items. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, simply follow our streamlined process for a quick refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HIC account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
